The Oregon National Career Readiness Certificate is a statewide program, delivered at a local level, to connect employers with a skilled workforce. As a public/private partnership, Oregon's NCRC brings together the local and widespread infrastructure of our public educational and workforce services with growing Oregon businesses of all sizes and industries.
