Oregon's NCRC by County and Workforce Region

Oregon has joined over thirty states utilizing the NCRC (To see how other states are doing with the NCRC, click here.)

Oregon’s NCRC was formally launched on January 25, 2011 by Governor Kitzhaber with the support of key business and workforce leaders. The certificate supports statewide and regional efforts to build a more skilled workforce. To date, thousands of Oregonians have earned an NCRC and hundreds of employers of all sizes and industries are supporting the certificate by preferring the NCRC in their hiring practices.
