The National Career Readiness Certificate tells you that job applicants have the core skills needed for success in your organization. Start by preferring the NCRC in your hiring process and tap into this valuable resource.

  • Incorporate the NCRC as one of the factors used in your organization's screening and hiring process.
  • Include NCRC language in your job postings and descriptions.

3. Help job applicants earn the NCRC. Let your staffing partners know you prefer applicants with the NCRC. Include information about the NCRC in your application packet. Let them know where to find the nearest NCRC testing location. Contact your local WorkSource Oregon center for marketing materials or a link for your website.

4. Communicate with existing employees about the benefits of the NCRC. Use the NCRC and other WorkKeys assessments to ensure training is targeted and effective. Incorporate the NCRC as another factor in your job promotions process.
